THE 7 HABITS

The program is built on practicing the 7 Habits

Developing autonomy, responsibility, empathy, and future vision. These habits are simple in form but profound in impact: when put into daily school routines, they transform how students, teachers, and families relate to the world.

The 7 Habits

The First Three Habits focus on personal development and self-management:

Take control of your actions. This habit helps children understand they can choose how to act in any situation.

Think about the future from today. This habit teaches goal setting and visualization of desired achievements.

Organize and focus on what truly matters. Here, children learn to prioritize what brings results before pursuing what’s only fun.

The Next Three Habits focus on interpersonal relationships and teamwork:

Everyone can win. A habit that teaches cooperation and empathy, fostering more balanced and respectful relationships.

Listen! This habit develops active listening, empathy, and the importance of understanding others before responding.

Together we’re better. Teaches the value of teamwork and combining talents to create something stronger than what could be done alone.

The Seventh Habit completes the development cycle:

Take care of your whole self. Promotes balance between mind, body, heart, and spirit, reinforcing that self-care is also leadership.
