We believe every child has unique potential inside them and that school can be the place where this potential flourishes. 7H was born from the desire to bring Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People into Brazilian public schools.
More than just developing leaders, we want to shape whole human beings: proactive, aware, and prepared for the world.
Methodology
It is important to clarify that we do not influence schools’ curricular content and do not work with hard skills.
We adapt to each school and focus on socio-emotional skills (soft skills).
The Leader in Me
The Leader in Me program is an educational methodology based on Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits, adapted for the school context. The program develops leadership skills and socio-emotional competencies in children and youth, preparing them for 21st-century challenges.
More than a program, The Leader in Me is a transformative approach that integrates leadership and personal development principles into the school curriculum, creating a culture of empowerment and student protagonism.
7H Brazil is the organization responsible for bringing this methodology to Brazilian public schools, adapting it to our unique reality and needs.

Creating opportunities is in our DNA. With our supporters, we develop initiatives designed to allow students to express their potential and be recognized.
